How is an apartment valued?
Apartments with the same area can have different values. The assessment considers the neighbourhood and micro-location, floor, orientation, condition of the apartment and building, lift, parking, auxiliary areas and the quality of construction and finishes.
Ownership and cadastral data are checked against the property information available for the assignment. Terraces, basements, garages and parking spaces are considered according to their characteristics and legal status.
For mortgage financing
